Speaker Bio:

Ed Hammond, CHST, CSS, CCO MLD, CDT

Ed has an associate degree in Occupational Health and Safety. He has been involved in the field of safety for over 13 years. He is currently a Senior Safety Manager for George J. Igel & Company, Inc.

Ed is a Construction Health and Safety Technician, Certified Safety Supervisor, and Certified Driver Trainer, CCO Mobile Lift Director. His train-the-trainer credentials include Certified Flagger, Rigging and Signal Person, SFA/CPR/AED, Aerial Lift, Rough Terrain Forklifts, and DOT Drug Test Collector.

Additional accreditations include CCO Crane Operator, CCO Rigger II, OSHA 502, OSHA Hazwoper 40-Hour, Competent Person in Underground Utility Damage Prevention, Traffic Control Supervisor, and Traffic Control Technician.

Ed is active in the North American Transportation Management Institute, Ohio Trucking Association, Ohio Contractors Association, and the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio.
