– Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 Annually
– Relocation Assistance: $2,500 Paid on First Check

This position will provide hands-on safety leadership and oversight across a diverse portfolio of civil, concrete, site development, infrastructure improvement, utility installation, and heavy construction projects throughout Ohio. The Construction Safety Manager will serve as the field safety leader while partnering closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of construction activities. This role offers a blend of field leadership, safety program implementation, contractor oversight, incident management, safety culture development, and operational support across multiple active projects.
OSHA 500 Certification OR OSHA 510 Certification Required
Minimum 5+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
